Tour safety during the tour
Our tour guides follow a specially designed route and will give a short talk regarding personal safety at the beginning of the tour. The guide will give you the best advice possible to make your tour as safe an enjoyable as possible both before and during the tour but you should take your own care when crossing roads and regarding the safe keeping of any goods or valuables you are carrying with you. YasooGreece accepts no liability for personal safety or loss of goods or valuables during the time that you are on the tour.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond your control. Also we recommend a medical and personal insurance to cover medical expenses and loss of baggage or personal belonging.
Delays on Tours
Upon confirmation of your service you will be contacted by a member of our tour planning team with a voucher that details pick up location and time. If you anticipate delays for any reason, it is your responsibility to contact the number listed on your voucher.
Acceptable Payment Methods
YassoGreece accepts the following payment methods: Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash on the spot
Cancelation policy
We recommend 20% payment in advance of tour in order to secure your reservation. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount paid. Cancelling any booking results in notification via email or telephone of the successful cancellation and cancellation fees assessed. We require at least 72 hours advance notice of any cancellation in order to secure a partly refund. Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and must be communicated as soon as possible via e-mail at laura@yasoogreece.com. Cancellations must be communicated via e-mail at laura@yasoogreece.com, no less than 72 hours in advance of the tour/service in order to receive any full or partial refund. Due to the extensive work that goes into the planning of each of our tours and services, and due to the fixed scheduling commitments of our guides and other service providers, no refunds will be given for cancellations made within 72 hours of tour/service commencement. There are no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows on the day of the tour/service. No partial refunds will be given after tour/service commencement. The only exception to this is an egregious error or fault on our part, in which case there will be an assessment done on a case by case basis with regards to any change of our refund policy. If an archaeological site on your tour is closed due to force majeure, including strikes or other unforeseen closures, we will do its best to contact you as soon as possible to either offer you the tour with a suitable substitution, reschedule you to a different tour, or provide you with a full refund.
